Full registration package information

Full Registration includes: Thursday reception, Friday Opening Ceremony & Keynote Address, Friday & Saturday workshops, Friday & Saturday concerts, Sunday Members Meeting & Closing ceremony.

MEALS INCLUDED: Friday/Saturday/Sunday breakfast; Friday/Saturday/Sunday lunch; Friday/Saturday Dinner. Meals are issued through meal cards that can be used at Dewhurst Dining Hall.

• $375 | Early-Bird SC-CC Members only- March 1st to April 14th

• $400 | Members- April 15th to June 10th

• $425 | Non-Members- April 15th to June 10th

Field Trips Thursday July 11th

• $10 | The Johnville Bog (9:00am-12:00pm)

• $30 | La Fromagerie La Station (9:00am-12:00pm) ***PLEASE NOTE: We are seeking volunteer drivers for this field trip and will offer a rebate for those willing to drive other participants to and from La Fromagerie. Please contact us for more information: conference2024@storytellers-conteurs.ca***

• $20 | Ferme Florale Libella (1:30pm-5:00pm)

• $10 | Sherbrooke’s Murals… a walking tour (2:00pm-5:00pm)

Day Passes

Day passes can be purchased through Eventbrite . Day passes include lunch, workshops, and coffee breaks on your selected days. Concert tickets can be purchased separately.

• $150 | Friday July 12th Day Pass: Includes lunch, Friday afternoon workshops, and 2 coffee breaks.

• $150 | Saturday July 13th Day pass: Includes Saturday morning workshops, 1 coffee break, and lunch.

Virtual Conference Package- July 12-14th

New for 2024, we are offering a Virtual Conference Package for the first time. You can join in on select activities remotely, from anywhere in the world! Learn more about the virtual package here. The Virtual Package can only be purchased through Eventbrite.

• $175 | Includes access to watch the Opening Ceremony & Keynote address, four interactive online workshops, two live streamed concerts, the hybrid members meeting, and the closing ceremony.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration for any reason, please note our refund policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days post conference if notification of cancellation is received by financials@storytellers-conteurs.ca

• Before June 10th: Full refund minus $25.00 admin fee

• Between June 10th and July 1st: 50% refund

• After July 1st: at the discretion of Board of Directors considering exceptional circumstances
