2024 Conference Accommodation Information 


The accommodation for 2024 Conference attendees will be Paterson Hall at Bishop’s University. The residences are located right in the heart of the campus and within walking distance of all meeting rooms. 


Room rates include

Bedding (one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, one blanket and one pillow), towels (washcloth, hand towel, bath towel and soap), WiFi, parking and access to our fitness room. The residences are equipped with an air-exchange system to keep the rooms fresh through-out the summer. Common areas such as: playroom, kitchen, laundry and living room with television are available in each of the residences.

Notes 

All rooms have a sink. The toilet and shower are shared with the adjoining room.

 

If you wish to share the space with someone specific please indicate this information in the Booking Notes section.

 

If you do not wish to share the toilet and shower with the adjoining room, you must reserve both rooms.

Each apartment has one bedroom, one full bathroom, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.

Each apartment has four bedrooms, two full bathrooms, living room, dining area and fully equipped kitchen.


You will indicate on your checkout form the names of the other guests sharing the apartment.


Dates & Deadlines

Dates available for conference participants: 

  • Tuesday July 9th until Monday July 15th. 

  • To make a reservation outside the set dates, please contact Bishop’s by phone at 819-822-9651 or 1-866-822-9200.
