MC 1 | Maria Gillen - Weaving and Threading
Language: English
Level: All levels
Maria has the gift of threading, handed down to her through 3 generations (Great Grandmother, Grandmother and Mother), the gift of putting a 'good skin on a story'. She has also explored the art of story weaving, leaning heavily on the medicinal story of her country, Ireland. She works with communities to weave new stories in wisdom and empathy. Come and find out for yourself the ancient art of story co-creation and why there is nothing quite like it to build bonds between hearts.

MC 2 | Clara Dugas - Dig Deep
Language: French
Level: All levels
Like the saying goes, “Our whole life is a library of stories.” Using a variety of techniques and prompts to stimulate the memory - our oldest memories via the five senses, always conscious of the “where” and “when” - the participants will dig deep, reflect, react, and share their findings either orally or in writing, with a partner, a small group, and eventually with the entire class. Everyone will leave with ideas for their next personal storytelling.
Whether you are a beginner or not, Clara has decades of skills and insights which she is willing to share, usually gift-wrapped in laughter.
Participants are asked to bring paper and pencil.
