FULL REGISTRATION PACKAGE

Full Registration includes workshops and all activities from Wednesday evening to Sunday at noon, including the following food services:

Catered reception: Thursday evening

Breakfast: Thursday, Friday, Saturday   

Lunch: Friday, Saturday

Note: In order to keep registration costs the same as last year, we’ve had to reduce the number of included meals.  You can select an optional Saturday Night Banquet for $20  (SC-CC is paying half the cost).

$375 | Early-Bird - March 20 to April 30 (SC-CC Members only)

$400 | Members - May 1 to May 31

$425 | Non-Members - May 1 to May 31

$450 | Late registration if space allows – June 1 – 10

June 18 Masterclasses $200 | Masterclasses run from 9:30am - 3:30pm and includes lunch.

Guest Package $250 | Includes all regular activities except for workshops and masterclasses. Field Trips are a paid option.  Guest package includes all of the food services listed in the full registration package, except Saturday Night Banquet is a paid option.

June 21 Saturday Night Banquet $20 |  Dinner cost is $40, but SC-CC is paying half

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration for any reason, please note our refund policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days post conference if notification of cancellation is received by financials@storytellers-conteurs.ca

• Before May 18th: Full refund minus $25.00 admin fee

• Between May 18 and May 31: 50% refund

• After May 31st: at the discretion of Board of Directors considering exceptional circumstances
