Registration types & descriptions

FULL REGISTRATION

Full Registration includes all workshops, keynotes, three concerts, two dinners, three lunches (bag lunch on Sunday) 

Full Registration - includes meals

*Registering on the SC-CC website is for full registration only (meals included). If you would like to register without meals, you must do so through Eventbrite after March 31.

• $400 Non-Members

• $425 Late Registration if space allows (members and non-members)

Masterclass Tickets Wednesday May 31

Masterclass

$150 Masterclasses run from 9:00am-4:00pm and includes 2 breaks plus lunch. 

Guest Package

$160 Includes two dinners, two concerts plus transportation to/from the concert. This can be added on to your full registration purchase.

• $200 Saturday Full Pass: includes snacks, lunch, dinner, workshops, and concert

• $90 Saturday Workshop Pass: includes workshops only (no dinner, no concert)

Concert Tickets

Full Conference registration and guest packages include concert tickets. Additional tickets can be purchased through Eventbrite only after March 31.  Read all about the concerts here.

Refund Policy

If you must cancel your conference registration for any reason, please note our refund policy: Refunds will be processed within 30 days post conference if notification of cancellation is received by financials@storytellers-conteurs.ca

• Before May 6: Full refund minus $25.00 admin fee

• Between May 7th - May 21st: 50% refund

• After May 22nd: at the discretion of Board of Directors considering exceptional circumstances
