Toronto's Untold Stories

Toronto's Untold Stories is a project that will display photos of diverse Canadians who are often under-represented. Each photo will be accompanied by a 1-3 minute voice recording from the individual pictured that tells a personal story of resilience, vulnerability, etc.

Just a reminder that Monday Dec 19 is the last day that our administrators at Generator will be open before the Christmas break. Any memberships and membership renewals submitted after the 19th won't be changed on the website until after the 1st week of January.  Thank you for your patience over the holidays - we will process your membership as soon as the office re-opens in the new year.

Banff Centre Spoken Word Program is now accepting applications! Open to spoken word artists worldwide working in a variety of genres (poetry, storytelling, hip hop, dub, experimental, etc.) in English, French, Spanish or other language. Faculty includes Tanya Evanson (director, Canada) Buddy Wakefield (US), Janet Rogers (Canada), Dr. Afua Cooper (Canada-Jamaica) & Tanya Tagaq (Canada). Banff, Alberta, Canada. April 17-29, 2017. Application deadline Jan.11, 2017. Scholarship available. Come. It can change everything.
