Anita Best Story Save CD Release
From our friends at St. John's Storytelling!
Well, third time is a charm, they say!
As we had to cancel the first two of these planned Anita events due to unforeseen circumstances, we are extremely happy to let you know it is HAPPENING this time!
Join us at Bannerman Brewing at 7 pm on Sunday, May 5 as we celebrate the latest release by storyteller and ballad singer Anita Best -The Tin Table, part of the Story Save project of the Storytellers of Canada - Conteurs du Canada (SC-CC).
Anita will be joined by storyteller Mary Fearon and traditional singer Ellen Power. It is rumoured that a couple of Placentia Bay storytellers might make an appearance. Bring along your own stories of bonfire night to help us celebrate. There will be free nibbles and a cash bar.
Anita gratefully acknowledges the generous support of NL Arts, St. John’s Storytelling, and Storytellers of Canada - Conteurs du Canada (SC-CC). The Tin Table was produced by Chris Brookes and Pamela Morgan, with cover art by Graham Blair.
This is a free event - Get there early, as capacity is limited.
