Welcome to The Island Way: 2014 Storytellers of Canada Conteurs du Canada Conference

Wednesday, July 2nd to Sunday, July 6th in Summerside, Prince Edward Island, the Land of Stories.

Culture Summerside, the arts, heritage and cultural division of the City of Summerside is pleased to be your host for the 2014 SC-CC Conference themed The Island Way. There definitely is an Island way of life and over the period of the conference from July 2 to 6, Culture Summerside’s plan is for you to experience what Islanders have to offer in the way of storytelling, hospitality, entertainment and cuisine. You may never want to leave.

2014 is the year to visit Prince Edward Island as it celebrates the 150th anniversary of the Charlottetown Conference, making the province the Cradle of Canadian Confederation. A year long celebration is planned.

This will be more than just a conference. You will experience the Island way!
