Tim Yearington
Tim is a passionate Metis storyteller from North Bay, Mattawa and the Ottawa River Valley region of eastern Ontario. He is a traditional knowledge keeper and a published author of three enlightening books. Tim's inspirational storytelling aims to share the beautiful nature of Metis worldview through traditional tales such as the 'loup garou' or werewolf, profound spiritual teachings and legends about mysterious 'places of power' on the land. Tim also shares a variety of his personal wilderness adventure stories - true life stories - about his own lived experience as a seasoned wilderness guide and as a Metis artist, writer and teacher.
