Veronica Antipolo
As a storyteller, I share true, personal stories, mostly around the themes of my identity as a first generation Filipino-Canadian woman. I also do comedy, spoken word, writing and produce shows and events.
I offer workshops for organizations, community groups, and individuals, and provide one-on-one storytelling coaching. I am known for creating a safe space for sharing vulnerable stories. My approach to storytelling encompasses:
- Inclusive and Diverse Storytelling Practices
- Equity-Focused Storytelling
- Ethical Storytelling
- Personal Narrative Storytelling
- Empowerment Through Storytelling
- Personal Growth Storytelling
As a connector, community builder, and cheerleader for human potential, I understand how effective storytelling can captivate an audience.
As a first-generation Asian-Canadian woman, I also recognize how storytelling impacts the storyteller. I’m deeply interested in this, particularly from the perspectives of neuroscience, and psychotherapy/narrative therapy.
