Saskatoon Storytelling Guild

The Saskatoon Storytellers’ Guild began in 1981. Its purpose through the years has been to promote the art of Storytelling and create a supportive community of storytellers in Saskatoon. Our main activity has been monthly story telling sessions or "circles", but we occasionally organize concerts and workshops. In 2008 we hosted a national conference for the Storytellers of Canada/Conteurs du Canada. Our activities are geared for adults. Many of us work with children regularly, so this group provides us with a chance to grow and develop our skills without the challenges of entertaining children.

The Saskatoon Storytellers' Guild meets on line (virtually) via Zoom 3rd Friday of the month from September to June. We welcome visitors with open arms, warm hearts and cheerful voices.
