Saskatchewan storyteller Bonnie Logan has been in the professional storytelling trenches for 30 years. Her passion for traditional music and stories blossomed from kitchen party jams and tell-arounds into a day in, day out bread-on-the-table, honest to goodness, back breaking job 'o work.
Most recently Bonnie performed at MerleFest 2016, North Carolina. And in 2014 she was a featured performer at the Toronto Storytelling Festival and then co-facilitated the master storytelling class for Storytellers of Canada in Prince Edward Island. She is the official Long Time Storyteller for The Northern Lights Bluegrass and Old-time Music Festival and the Ness Creek Festival. She is also the storyteller in Residence for Ranch Ehrlo Society.
Bonnie’s rich repertoire includes stories with music, rich to-the- bone folk and fairy tales, 100 percent honest (honestly) personal, as well as classic literary and explosive original stories.
By day Bonnie shares her talent with youth at risk, by night, she struts her sexy and often ticklish tales in the jazz comedy trio, Too Darn Hot.
