FEST and SMK University of Applied Social Sciences have the pleasure to invite the international storytelling community to the annual FEST conference 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania on June 1 – 4 2022. For this event we are looking for storytellers and representatives of storytelling organisations from Europe and beyond to contribute their talents and expertise to the FEST conference programme.

To celebrate the one year anniversary of her children's podcast Sticks and Stones and Stories, Rachel Dunstan Muller had just launched a new website: https://sticksandstonesandstories.com/
It is searchable in multiple ways (genre, title, length), and has links to audio recordings as well as PDFs of the full text of each of 42 original children's stories (and counting). There's lots to see/hear/read!

Mary Louise Chown has a new book!

Local storyteller Mary Louise Chown has a chapter in a new book on storytelling coming out on February 15, published by Routledge. It will be available as an ebook, in addition to hard copy and it contains many chapters from contributors all over the world. Mary Louise's chapter is about her work as a visiting artist in Hospice and Palliative Care in Winnipeg.
