Announcement from the Board of Directors
Announcement from the Board of Directors: 2020 Conference
The 2020 Annual Conference in Parksville, British Columbia, which was scheduled for May 27 to 31, is cancelled.
We will provide a full refund of registration fees if you desire, but we would like you to consider donating some or all of those fees back to SC-CC. Such donations are eligible for charitable tax receipts. Our organization will suffer a significant financial loss from the cancellation of the Conference and you could help lessen that loss.
SC-CC can also hold your paid fees as a credit on your account for next year’s conference.
Please contact Financial Administrator Jackie McAlpine at scccfinancials@gmail.com and let her know how you would like her to handle your paid fees whether refund, donation, credit on account or a combination of any of these.
To cancel your accommodation at the Tigh-Na-Mara resort, contact them directly by telephone (1-800-663-7373).
The Board will consider a time and form for an alternate Annual General Meeting and let you know as soon as we can.
