The year is 1805.  A young Orkney lass disguises herself as a boy. The Hudson Bay Company hires the "boy."  Their destination - Rupert's Land.
This grueling adventure is brought to life by international storyteller Deborah Dunleavy who takes on the role of Isobel Gunn in the years between 1805 and 1808, and in the final days of her life sixty years later. The story unfolds  as an epic story crafted by Dunleavy and set to orchestrated music by composer Howard Alexander.
