SC-CC member Jerry Haigh is publishing a new book: Reindeer Reflections Lessons from an Ancient Culture. With a foreword by Yann Martel: “Jerry is a genial, relaxed storyteller. His stories, anchored in zoological facts, are peppered with humour and insights. I invite you to share the pleasure I had in reading about his adventures.”

A note from Jerry: We are planning to have a launch in mid-November at McNally Robinson Booksellers here in Saskatoon. There are of course other sources but I do like to support local businesses.
Storytellers, If you feel you’d like a copy you can even order ahead from them. Any and all of our Saskatoon and area tellers will of course be most welcome.
If do you choose to stop at the Prairie Ink café while you browse the titles at McNally’s you can get tasty meals there. We like to stop in for coffee or tea. Be careful though, if you order the Schmoo Torte you could become addicted. I have to share a piece these days, but the super-light cake, the caramel drizzle and the cream are impossible to ignore.
