Now open: FEST call for experts

FEST and SMK University of Applied Social Sciences have the pleasure to invite the international storytelling community to the annual FEST conference 2022 in Vilnius, Lithuania on June 1 – 4 2022. For this event we are looking for storytellers and representatives of storytelling organisations from Europe and beyond to contribute their talents and expertise to the FEST conference programme.

We are looking for workshops, lectures and inspiration session on one of the following topics: 

• Developments in applied storytelling
•  Developments in performance storytelling
•  Performance storytelling in digitally enhanced environments
•  Professionalising the storyteller – organisational skills for storytelling
•  Professionalising the storyteller – Educational developments
•  Marketing of storytelling or Marketing for the storyteller? 
•  The role of storytelling as the 'Master Narrative’ form
•  How are storytellers voicing the land?
•  Oral Storytelling traditions
•  Hands on - storytelling practical sessions
