About our Annual Conference
Each year, storytellers gather from across the country for a week full of telling, listening and learning. The Conference includes a dinner and keynote address, two days of workshops, two concerts, special events & presentations, and SC-CC’s Annual General Meeting.
The conference theme for 2023 is: "A penny for a thought, a nickel for a story." In every culture, stories are full of wisdom, and make us reflect on our role, our hopes and our memories. In 2023, we will gather at the centre of the universe, in Sudbury, to share stories from all over the world and spread their beauty around!
