Durham Storytellers Monthly Gatherings

On the third Thursday of every month, Durham Storytellers gather to tell and listen to stories. Durham Storytellers focus on the advancement of storytelling in Durham Region for both storytellers and those interested in folklore. Storytellers convey tales, without using books or notes, and are considered part of the performing arts. Aspiring storytellers and guests welcome!
Come join in the rhythm of oral storytelling through different mediums - narrative, poetry, song and music, all delivered through 'Spoken Language.' Open mic at every gathering! Come Listen, Come tell, Catch the Magic!
