On-campus accommodations for conference 2019 are available at the Elizabeth Parr-Johnston Residence, 34 Mackay Dr., University of New Brunswick Campus

Check in time: 3 PM on the day of your arrival
Check out time: 11 AM on the day of your departure (luggage storage provided until 2 PM)
Rooms must be booked by May 4, 2019.
At that time, any rooms not booked by conference attendees, will be back into general inventory.
Two styles of rooms are available.
A. Suite Style:
This will allow you to request a suite (two bedrooms or three bedrooms) you plan to share with friends. As well, each suite’s common area can be used for informal music and storytelling. You may, however, want a quiet room so talking with others before you book will be to your advantage.
Each room in the suite has a double bed, desk, armoire and dresser. In addition to the lockable bedroom(s), each suite also includes a washroom, furnished living room, full kitchen, a phone with local calls and highspeed wireless internet.
Total cost of a 2 Bedroom Suite: $85.00/night plus 15 % tax (price to be shared with suite mates)
Total cost of a 3 Bedroom Suite: $115/night plus 15 % tax (price to be shared with suite mates)
B. Traditional Style:
Traditional style residence offer the true residence dormitory experience. Each room is equipped with either one or two twin beds, a desk, and a wardrobe. These rooms have shared washrooms on each floor and have free wireless internet throughout the building.
Single: $36.00/night plus 15 % tax
Double: $54.00/night plus 15 % tax
Breakfast Option:
The accommodations listed do not include breakfast, but a hot breakfast is available at an added $6.90 per person per day. You will need to indicate this at the time of booking.
