REGISTRATION OPTIONS/FEES
If you are planning to purchase a guest package, you must register and pay for your guest at the same time as you register and pay for yourself.
Your Guest’s Pass is $75, covering Wednesday June 5 to Sunday June 9, and includes: Friday and Saturday dinners and concerts, Sunday sunrise ceremony, Sunday lunch and option to be included on field trip registration.
FULL REGISTRATION INCLUDES:
Friday June 7
Opening Ceremonies including basket weaving activity, Keynote Speaker, StorySave Launch, Workshops, Memorial Hour, Morning and Afternoon Refreshments, Lunch and Dinner, return bus to concert.
Saturday June 8
Workshops, AGM Part One, Focus Groups, Gatherings, Morning and Afternoon Refreshments, Lunch, Dinner with Entertainment followed by Public Concert
Sunday June 9
Sunrise Ceremony (optional), AGM Part Two, Discussions, Tellers from Four Directions, Announcements, Traditional Closing, Morning Refreshments, Pick-Up-N-Go Lunch
WORKSHOPS included in FULL CONFERENCE REGISTRATIONS
On Friday afternoon, you select two 90 min. workshops; one from Set One and one from Set Two, OR one 180 min workshop from Set Three. On Saturday morning, you select two 90 min. workshops; one from Set Four and one from Set Five, OR a 180 min workshop from Set Six. (You must also indicate the choice of ‘none selected’ from any set you don’t pick.)

• Workshop numbers are capped to strengthen quality of participation.
When workshops are full, their selection option will be taken off the website.
The later you leave to register, the less choices of workshops may be available
Online registration for the conference closes at 10pm (EDT) on May 31st 2019.
Please ensure all of your selections are correct before submitting the form. Once you have submitted, we cannot change your selections. Latecomers who have missed the deadline for online registration, can register in person in Fredericton, if space permits. The cost for registering at the door is $325.

WORKSHOPS
2019 Conference is offering several programming choices for the afternoons of Friday and Saturday.
On Friday afternoon, you select either two 90 min. workshops; one from Set One and one from Set Two, OR one 180 min workshop from Set Three. On Saturday morning, you select either two 90 min. workshops; one from Set Four and one from Set Five, OR a 180 min workshop from Set Six. (You must also indicate the choice of ‘none selected’ from any set you don’t pick.)
To help make your decision, look through the first conference program for more details on the artists and sessions (see the right hand menu on the main conference page - Sets 1 through 6).
